Crooked shoe??

Hey y’all, I was looking at a pair of secondhand Allen Edmonds loafers that I I had bought awhile ago (Presidios) and noticed that the left shoe seems crooked? Is this a defect or weird wear pattern or something else? I’m wondering if they’re worth keeping or if I should just bin them

It’s probably just because it molded to the original owner’s feet over time. If it’s not uncomfortable, with wear it might shift more towards the shape of your feet.

It's the wear pattern of the owners' feet. It's normal for humans not to walk perfectly straight. It's also the reason why people in blizzards tend to walk in circles when blinded with no point of reference.

Huh, didn’t know wear could make the whole shoe bend like that. I’ll probably keep them and see if I can straighten them out with my own steps
