This is a significant blocker for a launch, and no updates on the status page either. Could you confirm if there is an issue from the platform side?

Could you share more information? Which service and in what environment etc.
We have tried on both servicees
django-backend and celery-worker, the nvironment is staging

- We rely on railway heavily and would like the ability to have the custom chat bridge mentioned in your docs.
- We are currently on the team plan, do we qualify?
The Pro plan gives you access to higher resources and the ability to invite teammates to your Team account.
Business class is a separate subscription that you'd have to purchase.
IIRC, we're currently offering it to interested teams at $5k/mo.
