What style would you call the pants these guys are wearing

Looks like flared jeans to me
Also if you can help work out the style of the ginger guy’s shoes would be incredibly helpful
basically impossible to be sure but id guess he's wearing chelseas

it does look like some kind of heeled boot
Most of them look like some flared polyester leisure pants from the 70s/early 80s to me

I wouldn't go as far as saying fan but I recognised Luke in the first image straight away
