Manage file.url onUploadComplete #uploadthing

Hi nerds! First time posting here. I'd like to know if there's a way to use the file object created when the upload is complete. Is this object stored anywhere? I need the url created to push it to my db, but I cannot find a way, other than managing it on the client side. Is there a way to access it on the server?
