who did you use, and can you show me the error?
when i create the agent dont show errors but the email dont send
what smtp host did you use when deploying chatwoot
i dont configurate smtp host in chatwoot
you need to have set an email provider somwhere or of course no emails will be sent
please read chatwoot's docs on this topic

i recommend using sendgrid or mailgun
