Cannot add new PostgreSQL database

"Add PostgreSQL Error /router.Router/CreateVolumeInstance UNKNOWN: no available stackers found within resource limits" This is the message I received when attempting to create a new Postgres database on my project. Project ID: 3818d612-979e-4470-914e-62069ea2111c
