FATAL ERROR: Reached heap limit Allocation failed - JavaScript heap out of memory

I am getting this error like 20 seconds after the bot is on but 2 days ago it was working fine and i have not added any new commands to it, and i have done some research and some people say it has to do with your pc and i have 16gb of ram but when i host it on heroku i am still getting this error so if anyone can help please help me.

How many servers your bot is in? Do you use sharding? How many shards do you have? Show your client options.

no i just made a new source code for the bot and moved my commands to it and os far that has done the trick
