Full-time - limited to 3 years - work locations in Offenburg, Villingen-Schwenningen and/or Freiburg - remuneration according to TV-L E 14 - to be filled as soon as possible - code number 921 With the HSO you qualify for teaching and research: * You will independently take on teaching tasks in the areas of network technology, system programming and applied artificial intelligence in bachelor's and master's degree programs. * You will independently build a teaching and research laboratory around intelligent and secure IIoT networks. You will be responsible for further developing our research profile. * You independently supervise final and project theses, prepare scientific papers and write specialist articles for national and international journals. With the Hahn-Schickard Society for Applied Research eV you will gain practical experience in applied research as a group leader: * You define research topics and strategies in the area of ​​intelligent and secure IIoT networks. * You will build and coordinate a research group, including personnel management, acquisition of funding and scientific publications. * You work in interdisciplinary teams.
