Cannot launch any game
It started when I couldn't launch Rocket League. The app wouldn't seem to do anything past clicking the Play Now button. No game process gets spawned. The app just has the grayed out Launching button, and is otherwise responsive. I can force it to get out of the Launching step/state by clicking Verify and Repair.
I tried reinstalling the game. Using Proton GE 8-22 and the default Wine 8.19. Tried signing out and back into Epic. None of these worked. Then I tried launching another installed game Trackmania, but get the same behaviour.
Rocket League worked a week ago, I'm on Arch Linux, and the only thing that could have effected the state between then and now, is an update of all installed packages for my system through pacman & pamac.
Attached is the log, although I can't see anything significant there myself.
What steps can I take to get Heroic to launch games again?

Hello. Try launching Heroic from Terminal using "LANG=C". Full command would be "LANG=C heroic". That worked for me.
