Billing issue, cannot upgrade account
I’m trying to purchase the hobby plan but whenever I try to check out it tells me “Subscription already exists”. I have a balance on the account so I can’t delete it and make a new one.
Upon trying the prepaid subscription, it gave the error “Failed to create payment for invoice”.
I appreciate any help, thanks!
