Embed message text design

Hi, I found these 2 examples of bot messages and I can't seem to recreate having the code text as small as in those images or making that text blue. I tried to recreate it using online message editor (https://message.style/app/editor) but as you can see by the last image it doesn't look the same. The 'REWARD' text is bigger. Also, I assume that the word 'Impact' is a part of the field name and I don't know how they managed to put it in the new row.

- What's your exact discord.js npm list discord.js and node node -v version? - Not a discord.js issue? Check out #other-js-ts. - Consider reading #how-to-get-help to improve your question! - Explain what exactly your issue is. - Post the full error stack trace, not just the top part! - Show your code! - Issue solved? Press the button!

You can use markdown syntax to display clickable links without showing the url:
"[text](url)"
'[text](url "optional hovertext")'
"[text](url 'optional hovertext')"
"[text](url)"
'[text](url "optional hovertext")'
"[text](url 'optional hovertext')"
- Embeds only support this in description and field values

but I don't think that's a link since that word has a darker background (the same as when you try to write a code text)

Why it can't be?
[`Why it can't be?`](<https://discord.js.org>)
[`Why it can't be?`](<https://discord.js.org>)
You can make it italic and bold as well
