If you like: Jeans with wider straight cuts than the modern Levi's 501s and 505s, which are "straight cut" but feel too slim...
You might like: Polo Jeans Co jeans. The brand has been discontinued since '06 but they were highly distributed and they're pretty abundantly available and inexpensive online. Typical going price $15-30 on eBay. They have many cuts but the "Brixton" and the "Woodrow" (pictured) have a higher rise and a nice wide straight/untapered cut. Basically like buying the good vintage Levi's cuts for less than half the price
Corridor - pretty ass colors
Story MFG - pretty ass colors
Frizmwork - i like their brand identity
wait is it pretty-ass or ass colours
pretty-ass 😔
I just really like colors
These are purdy. Have you posted them yet?
This pair is in the mail 👀
👀
The carpenter jeans I've been posting a few fits from recently are also Polo Jeans Co tho
I also have a pair in the mail. idt they're the exact same cut tho but similar
I've liked a lot of Frizmworks stuff recently too. Probably the closest to a brand that I think I could furnish a wardrobe with (though I haven't felt anything in person) Have eyed their orange parka since I saw it last winter, and they have some interesting pants and good basic shirts to round it all out
yeah frizmworks is super nice, the NA markup is real but their site basically has 50+ pages of things on sale at all times that would make up the cost difference even after duties i think
Eastlogue is another fun korean brand that's kind of EG adjacent, some of their stuff is straight-up milspec/repro-y but I have a pair of paisley corduroy cargos from them that I love.
i think musinsa is even cheaper which made me think that website was a bootleg scam 😭
A sales rep described Wax London to me as "the English version of Corridor." I can see it:

For something less expensive, Madewell carries some Corridor and I feel like it's also a design inspiration for some of the stuff they've done, like this sweater:

or some of the patterns in their flannels:

If you like "dark academia" you'll love Wythe coats and cords, Barbour jackets, and Alden shoes
If you like "old money aesthetic", you'll love this Gulfstream Aerospace Gulfstream V long-range jet. As usual I'd go secondhand for these, you can get them for under $4 million which is a steal for such high quality construction and timeless style
vince/james perse/rag&bone/theory (mostly plain blank t shirts) – I like the simplicity of these slightly elevated basics
rhone (athletic wear) – comfortable, holds up well through workouts, and fits nicely
ted baker (mostly their polos) – I like the little details (hidden patterns inside the collar and plackets, contrast stitching on buttons, etc) that add uniqueness to their shirts
lululemon/vuori/spiritual gangster (athleisure) – plain and simple pieces that are more or less ‘neutral’ brands that I can wear with nike/adidas/converse etc without feeling like I’m mixing brands
Basically, I don’t like stuff with loud printed graphics or super obvious logos
in response to Corridor = Portuguese Flannel, Percival and Buck Mason are in a similar vein (Buck Mason is less psychedelic and more neutral than Corridor can be tho)
I've been finding myself attracted to a lotta brands in the "it's not Bode" vein, mainly Apres Ski, Graziano and Gutierrez, and KPC. Just some beautiful work being done at all of those brands.
Graziano and Gutierrez is so nice. I wanna get one one day.
If you like drakes:
PRL has some great ties in traditional patterns but untraditional colors like Drake’s
Jay Butler has the same knit ties as drakes but for way less
Astorflex makes Drake’s chukkas
Horatio for the best Alden clones out there
William Lockie’s shawl cardigan (used to make drake’s) from baltzar
Jamieson Shetlands (Harley is great too but a little longer than Jamieson)
Jack donnelly m3 fit for high rise tapered chinos (30% off right now)
Vintage Levi’s 501 for straight fit denim or 619 for a legit high rise denim that’s really close to Drake’s denim)
Uniqlo for socks
Peter Christian for high rise cords (they need a slight taper if you want the drake’s cut)
If you like Frizmworks, you should check out Workware. They’re a Hong Kong brand with a similar, but slightly wider and funkier aesthetic
If you like looking like a skinny hot boy then Saint Laurent might be for you.
How about Celine too?
Celine is cool too
