Staging working but not Prod/Local

I'm getting some really weird behaviour not sure where to put it - my staging env is working perfectly but I absolutely cannot connect to my prod env same with local, local isn't working either (cos I use prisma accelerate and that goes through cloudflare) but then I have no idea why it'd work with dev
