Can't install Emudeck early access

bazzite-deck:latest and having emudeck installed (through the bazzite portal) I wanted to upgrade my version by using the early access one (from Emudeck's patreon), and I'm getting a weird javascript error and a confused emudeck window talking about powershell commands and dependencies not being installed.I'll also report it to Emudeck's discord if needed.
Solution
uninstalled my lsb_release, rebooted, tried launching Emudeck EA, didn't work, installed
redhat-lsb-core with --apply-live, works again
