Build never starts

Hey guys, we've been having an issue where our app just says "Waiting for build to start..." forever. It will do this for hours. We tried deleting and recreating the service and it doesn't seem to help. It's a Nextjs app (App Router). Ah I suspect the issue is with US East This was occurring to about 50% of our services, and I just realized it coincides exactly with the ones in US East After changing one of them to US West, it finally started working again
