Yo guys, how do I disable Cosmetic streaming after having fortnite installed already?

is that a selective download? we don't support changing the selective downloads after the game is installed yet, you can use legendary directly and do something like
legendary.exe repair Fortnite --reset-sdl and follow the steps there, you can get the path where legendary.exe lives in the general logs of heroic
