Elgato Stream Deck display has randomly inverted/mirrored

After rebooting my computer today my Stream Deck's display orientation inverted/mirrored with no recourse to fix. The orientation is set correctly in the settings of the Stream Deck software. I went on to test the same deck on a second computer, with a different cable; and it also displays inverted/mirrored. everything I've tried - changing the orientation in the software - uninstalling the software - deleting ...\AppData\Local\Elgato - deleting ...\AppData\Roaming\Elgato - re-installing the software - different cable - different computer I see a few others talking about the same issue on the Elgato subreddit with no official resolutions, other than returning the product. I've created a ticket with Elgato, but I'm really not hopeful for a fix after reading others' experience. If there's a group of people anywhere on earth that might now what's up with this, I bet it's here 😂
