Trigger Event to topic, see topic in message
We are triggering events to a topic with some subscribers. How is it possible to get for each event the topic where it was triggered?
It will help us also to be able to access the topic "name".
If there could be an image or some additional fields it will be also cool.
Reason behind, we will be able to to trigger something like, comments on an article or something else, and we will see some informations of that article. Or does we always have to add this to the payload?
