Topic subscriber resolution returns 0 when context is provided in v1 event trigger

Hi team,
I've run into an issue where topic-based event triggers resolve 0 subscribers when context is provided in the request. Without context, the same trigger works perfectly. Direct subscriber triggers with context work fine — only topics are affected.
I've attached a detailed report with reproducible curl examples, a summary table, and our current workaround.
