Moved to paid plan but machines still have only 450MB of RAM

Prettymuch what title says. I just upgraded to Hobby but my service still crashes because of RAM, any idea how to use the 8GB allowance? I tried to restart already but it didn't do it

make sure you have moved your project over to the team plan, and then you want to redeploy (not restart) the service
