Jittery UI
The new UI just is jittery. When I scroll with my mousewheel sometimes it jumps back up a few lines. When I mouse over things the UI jumps all over the place as if my mouse is hovering over different things.

Issue only occurs when Heroic is fullscreen
Going to the store tab causes agonizing flashing
