Game launch problem

When I launch the game it shows me this, then a few seconds later it says play now again.

read the thread that Noccer linked, we can't help you if you don't read the Read Me First information
then do right click in the game card in the library > logs, and share the file here

you have your game in the library in heroic, right click it, then click in
Logs in the menu that pops up, it will show information, a lot of text and a button to open the folder that contains that log file, then click that and upload the text file hereharsh-harlequinOP•2y ago

you are clicking the wrong buttons
try this: go to the settings (in heroics sidebar) > logs > you will se heroic's logs, legenary, gog, amazon, then your game listed. Click your game, then share a screenshot

Wine Default - wine-8.0.2 this has to change
use Wine-GE, do this:
- click the wine manager section in the sidebar
- install Wine-GE-Proton, the latest version
- then go to the game's settings and pick that wine version you just installed
then try to run the game again and if it still fails share a new logSomething else is (also) wrong, it's not getting past
