Y axis Bearing vibration

I have a 500 and am trying to diagnose and resolve the vibration patterns from the bearings on the Y axis. I have squared and verified square a million ways. But when i tighten the belts i can never get my belt tension graph exactly to match and the bearings are vibrating as i pull the gantry back and forth. If i gently push the gantry it will bind a bit as it slides where with more force that isn't noticeable. This is a video of a print that shows the effects. I tried to make a video of the bearing vibration or binding but it really isn't apparent.

One note is i did have the bearings fall out when i put the linear rails together and i bought a replacement set of bearings that I added. I am not sure if that changed things. The vibration seems the same no matter whether i pull the gantry back and forth and feel on one side or the other. Both linear rails seem to do it.
