there's not really a name for this, it's just vintage inspired clothes. The pieces look like a light wash denim (maybe chambray) shirt, charcoal pinstripe wool trousers, and Chelsea boots. Personally I'd go for slightly more casual pants. You might like Americana, try RRL for inspiration
