"Visual Studio is operating with reduced functionality" when trying to Live Share

Trying to collaborate on a Winforms application and getting this error message, I can't see the design view of forms only the code.

Launch Visual Studio InstallerVisual Studio Installer and select "Modify" on your Visual Studio to check and modify your installation

Yeah I do, I don't know if any of these optional bits would help but yeah it was already installed

It only seems to happen during Live share, I think it may just be unsupported but the error is kind of strange
