hobby to developer

I have a hobby plan and I just wanted to upgrade to developer plan, however it showed that I created a new pro plan instead of upgrading my hobby plan.

project ID N/A fixed deactivated hobby plan and transfer everything to professional plan ☑️

for future reference, there is no "developer" plan, it's either hobby or pro
