Notifications are going extremely slow
Hey,
I have an issue where my notifications are going extremely slow. I'm using the cloud novu version. Is it cause the number of subscribers is too much? Additionally, will my notifications to discord, slack or email go quick if i hosted it in my own AWS?

transactionId of those notifications which were slow and environmentId from settings?i got it from the novu cloud

You can take transactionId from activity feed page
Could you please share what is the time it took from trigger to message sent you see in activity feed?

its coming under seconds here in the activity feed tho

but when i placed the request from my app it took close to 10 mins
Then it could be provider level issue
it is below 15 milli seconds

i think the issue sorta comes after the call is made till when it reaches novu
can you retry and note down the time
when you trigger from your app and it shows the status in activity feed and finaly it reached to discord server channel

and i got the message right now
ok it seemed faster than before right now
i'll let you know if its getting delayed again

Even for me from yesterday for short time it was slow across all environment later it became faster
Now again we are facing slowness issue we are using cloud novu
