Can't access Postgres Data UI

When I try and configure the PG Data UI I get an error: "We are unable to connect to the database over the public network. Can you connect using this command?" Using the command, or a remote UI never connects. It seems to just sit on trying to establish a connection.

Nope. It just times out after a LONG time. I ended up deleting it and creating a new one and worked straight away. 🤷‍♂️
