You have to look at the inside seams and see how much extra fabric is there
But this needs the sleeves shortened as well so it’s probably not worth it
You can probably find a better starting point

Sleeves too long and 3 button blazers are largely out of fashion so that’s a miss from me too

It’s long in the body and sleeves and needs to be let out a good amount, unless there’s some external forces at work I wouldn’t bother

Loro piana isn’t that hard to come across
The pinstripe fabric of these are also not great as odd jackets. You'd want to wear them as full suits
