How old are your kids? I started with mine from https://code.org/ , then moved to Scratch and https://www.codemonkey.com/. Once the kid is fluent in reading and typing, I recommend learning Python. For older kids, I strongly recommend https://brilliant.org/. Parallel to programming languages, I do logical exercises (brilliant platform offers great materials in this area).
