Phantom Blade Executioners - loads but can't get to gameplay/install game
So this game runs in Heroic, but after choosing an installation location, it says that the internet connection is unstable. This prevents installing the game, let alone getting into gameplay. I've tried everything and can't get past this part. It is an official EGS game too.

can you clarify where it says the connection is unstable? when you say you pick an install location you mean the install dialog from heroic or another installation process?

I see an error in the logs

well, then something else is affecting the launcher, but it can't connect to the internet, not even to check updates of the launcher itself
