Can I use Cloudflare Pages to host many content sites automatically?
I have read this page: https://developers.cloudflare.com/pages/platform/limits/
I am allowed based on the TOS to use Cloudflare Pages integrated in a system to host many content sites (more than 100+)?

Below are limits observed by the Cloudflare Free plan. For more details on removing these limits, refer to the Cloudflare plans page.

I'd look at section 2.2 of https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/, most notably this bit, 2.2.1(a):
(a) rent, lease, loan, export, or sell access to the Services to any third party, or sign up for the Services on behalf of a third party;Whether you're in the clear here depends on what you're doing. If you're an MSP who largely controls all web hosting decisions, you're in the clear. In more hands-off situations where users control some aspects of how it's hosted, I'd recommend consulting a lawyer for clarity as it may be legally murky. Either way, if you're doing online payments, you'll have to go with a paid plan per 2.2.1(h):
(h) process or collect personal or business credit card information on any web property that is receiving Free Services (as defined below); orOf course, I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice. This is merely my educated speculation, and you should always consult a licensed attorney if you want any true degree of legal certainty.
Thought that limit is mostly for abuse protection, and should be raisable with minimal fuss
