i backed up my printer.cfg, but not the files it referances to (lgx.cfg etc) can i find those somewh
soo... the usb port of my octopus broke of, and after 2 days research i got it working over uart. no mcu error anymore and also the temps show correctly (i frankensteined a printer.cfg).
now i am really hesitant to start messing with the config since i might blow up somehing. safest would be to download the cfg's my config references to. (i bought the printer second hand so i dont know all the parts and pints etc.)
also... i installed fresh mainsail, no ratos. could get it working with UART.

If the printer is a ratrig, you should really consider using RatOS. If for whatever reason you don't want that you can get all the config files off of github here:https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS

i love the whole idea of ratOS and my new vminions will definitely run it
but i got this one second hand and i dont know the parts and how its wired etc
it took me 2 days to get it running over uart, so ill keep it like this
