Adding domain issue

Cloudflare protection for your domain is in a pending state while we verify ownership. This could take up to 24 hours to complete. Learn more about pending domains. Now I am going to add new domain to cloudflare and change name server on hosting provider but I am seeing this issue now anyone could you please help me ?

How long have you been waiting since changing the name servers? Can you share the domain? What exact name servers do your Cloudflare dashboard tell you to use?
