you don't need to uninstall anything. You can just extract the new zip over top of the older TelemFFB location. Note that the very latest version has a built-in auto updater, so going forward there will no longer be a need to manually download and unzip the new versions (there have not yet been any new versions since the self updating was added)

no, you dont need to delete anything from DCS. The export script that TelemFFB adds will still be there, but its fine.
