When launching the application in Visual Studio, the error MSB3027 is displayed. How do I fix it?

Can you post the entire error message, for those of us who don't have thousands of error codes memorised?

Also, the message normally contains some useful details.

Binaries are locked so vs can't push new binaries

If restarting doesn't fix it, you're doing something unexpected outside of visual studio.
