How do I create an LLC for C2C?
Need a jumpstart on this, as I am interested in C2C

Step 1. Create LLC, can use https://www.legalzoom.com/ to build the business. Other options include: ZenBusiness, FirstBase
Step 2. With EIN number, get a business checking. https://www.nerdwallet.com/best/small-business/business-checking-accounts check out nerdwallet for some good ones. I like brick&morter + good apps, so chase business was good for me
At this stage, you're definitely good to go to start applying and be in late stages of interviewing for c2c roles....

At this stage, you're definitely good to go to start applying and be in late stages of interviewing for c2c roles.
Step 3: Once you land an offer, ask recruiter for business insurance requirements. Look at insureon or hiscox for insurances. Some ask for $1m general liability, or professional liability, or workers comp (even if remote).
Step 4. Figure out how to invoice customers. Wave can work. Other alternatives can be quickbooks small business or zoho.
LegalZoom is the easy way.. but starting an LLC in most states is super easy and just filling out a webform/filing a fee on the state's website. #2 is required and good advice. #3: I use Hiscox also. Never had an issue and reasonably priced. $1M general liability is standard. I had one company want some cyber-security insurance that would have run me > $1K a month. I told them no. For #4, invoicing is generally really easy. Just mock up an invoice template and change it every invoice cycle.
