heater heating by itself

I have a vcore 3.1 with a phaetus rapido1 and btt octopus 446, it was working fine until i went to change the nozzle and it now heats up even when set to cooldown, i bought a new heatblock assembly thinking it would solve the issue but it didn't change a thing, what do i do, everything else works in order when the heater is desconected, only when it is connected it starts heating up

You shorted the mosfet on the heater port, so it fried "open", i.e. always giving 100% power. You need to replace the MOSFET (takes a hot air station and decent soldering skills) or the board, or use another heater port if you have any left

move the hotend wires to the next set up heater ports and then update your printer.cfg in the USER OVERRIDES section add
[extruder]
heater_pin: YOUR_PIN
[extruder]
heater_pin: YOUR_PIN
where YOUR_PIN is the new pin (see your board's pinout for the name)
