I generally rely on the tools embedded in the application I have the discussion on the Video conferencing app(considering the meeting is online which makes the embedded tools more feasible) but below is a list of all the tools I've heard about. 1. Online Collaboration Platforms: Figma, Miro, Mural, Zeplin 2. Video Conferencing Tools: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams 3. Asynchronous Communication Tools: Slack, Trello, Notion 4. Design Critique Tools: Abstract, InVision, Framer 5. Collaborative Brainstorming Techniques: Brainwriting, Round Robin Brainstorming, Rapid Ideation Hope it helps!
