Hang on Setting Up Prefix, Then Suddenly a HUGE Update

Trying to play Cyberpunk 2077 after downloading it the other day (after the 2.1 update). I had to download the latest Wine-GE because it gave me an error about the default Wine path not working or something, but after trying to launch it, it was attempting to setup the Wine prefix for at least 15 minutes. I forcefully closed the process and closed the launcher, then after coming back to launch the game I'm met with a gigantic update that's several gigabytes in length. It looks like it's trying to re-download the entire game again.
