Question about pricing

I have a question about pricing. If I buy the Hobby plan does this mean I have the right to use up to 8 GB RAM but I will pay for each GB I use wih $10 / GB / mo? Or are the 8 GB already included in the $5 for the Hobby plan? Thanks!

You would pay 10 dollars per gb per month for the RAM but since you have 5 dollars included usage, 5 dollars of that ram will be subtracted, meaning you only pay 5 dollars for the RAM An easy way to think of it is that you only pay for what you use, but the minimum is 5 dollars
