Create a Snip Guide
The ability to snip multiple brush strokes using guides that you can manipulate size, shape etc (plugins?)
A lot of creative shapes and effects would be able to be created this way. Join may work too with join guides to create interesting pieces. Even using plugins as the snip or join feature.
