try using wine-ge-proton, it shows better logs, also share the rest of the file, don't remove parts from it (like the settings at the beginning)

Hi, I have the same problem. I ran the game using "Wine - wine-ge-8-25-x86_64" and it crashes right after the game console appears.

medal of honor wasn't working for me on install and I looked into it and it is just broken in wine due to a bug . Unfortunately the fix is not so easy as it involves editing the exe (only 1 character but still). Not sure if there is a patch out there anywhere to do it for people who don't want to do it manually https://www.gog.com/forum/medal_of_honor_series/hack_for_crash_on_linux_with_wine/ -- solution is here, hope this helps you two
