i am not that geeky and just about to get started with SDXL since i didn't have the hardware before to run it properly.

i assume SDXL is now possible to be run locally, is there any upto date simple tutorials i can follow to setup SDXL to get started, nothing fancy.

i also assume 16 GB vram would be enough to run SDXL at a reasonable speed
