Tons of options. I will list my favorites: - bluchers/derbys: in suede and adjacent leathers: brown, burgundy, black, snuff is easy. I've seen navy, milkshake, and others work fine but it's riskier. In calf, chromexcel, and cordovan: brown, burgundy, black are easy. I love plain toe bluchers and shortwing brogues. Calf is not my favorite versus shell and cxl. - Oxfords: some will say these are reserved for suits. If you go for oxfords, I'd go for brown and burgundy. Calf or shell. I don't like plainer ones (wholecut, captoe, plaintoe) here. I like brogueing (perf toe, medallion toe, shortwing) a lot though. Black with a lot of brogueing can work IMO. - Boots: tons of options. Especially in suede/adjacent, lots of options, snuff suede is probably my favorite, brown being a second. Otherwise calf (maybe), chromexcel, and shell are fantastic. I regularly wear gray tweed trousers with: brown cxl boots, milkshake suede boots, color 8 shell oxfords, navy cxl plain toe bluchers (unsure how well this works), and still thinking whether a dark-tan-light-brown plain toe blucher will work for me.
