Tagging a role via http

Is it possible to tag a discord role when sending a message via http only using a discord bot? It sends the message but doesn't tag the role.

I'm using nextjs, so FeelsBadMan else am I supposed to find suppor for discord bots then? lol great customer service I'm not even sure what you're trying to say there tbh, but it's fine I'll simply copy and paste into the other channel for no reason.
