Query Error (When adding new Rust server)

We were unable to query the server at the given IP and query port. Hey guys, My server is up, its in the steam list, I can connect via RCON. However I cant seem to find it on battlemetrics or even query it directly with IP and ports... This is a Game-1 server hosted with OVH, firewall on OVH disabled, Game firewall enabled with game ports added already. I’ve disabled UFW in Ubuntu for testing, still no luck 😭 Any assistance would be greatly appreciated Fix: Changed Game Firewall rule from Rust to Other fixed my issue.

I have a similar issue I have blocked off ovh asn from accesing my ips (due to internal ddos attacks bypassing the ovh firewall), but i notice that battlemetris also uses ovh and stop being able to connecto to my server query port, is there a place i can get the list of battlemetrics ips to whitelist?

Disable it, connect the server to BM Rcon, it will then show a list of all BM IP addresses on the server settings page. That's if your using BM Rcon.
