Postgres private database URL issues
Is it possible to change the postgres password? New instances of postgres were recently updated to contain special characters, but this is breaking node-postgres connection for us.
Error starting server Error: The specified connection string for your PostgreSQL database might have illegal characters. Please check that it only contains allowed characters [a-zA-Z0-9]

Hmm maybe this is a different issue, since using the Public database URL seems to work. Also there are many other mentions about issues with the internal / private database URLs.
