Support walls with gaps

Hi All, RatRig VCore 3.1 500 Printing with ABS Orbiter 2.0 Rapido UHF got pretty long print ahead of me (~120h). Tried it once and had failure due to of active enclosure heating. Overall everything is OK but the side walls of supports looks odd to me. Tried to tweek it a bit with slicer (PrusaSlicer) settings, but don't know in which direction should I go. E-steps calibrated (120mm in Mainsail == 120mm IRL) Printed temperature tower and choose appropriate temp for this filament. Thanks in advance for your help!

Dont calibrate e-steps, theyre hardware dependend and fixed so should not be changed. Just calibrate the extrusion mulitplier for you filaments. Regarding the holes, could be a speed and therefore volumetric flow issue. Did you set a flow rate limit?

@oskait thanks for ideas. I did not set flow rate limit previously, can I somehow determine them or it should be taken straight from datasheet of hotend?

You could follow this guide or flow rate test really. As it depends on the material, temperature, hotend, nozzle etc. I wouldn't take it from the datasheet. Also manufacturers like to "push" the flow rate a little A quicker fix would be to print your infill / supports slower, maybe as fast as your walls, since they seem to print fine. Oh and could you upload a picture of you model and sliced preview from the slicer, from a similar angle so we can see how it should look like? Not quite sure where the problem actually is
