Github App with PR Preview
Found a small bug (I think). Basically, when a Github App opens up a PR Request (e.g. dependency bot), Railway won't allow creation of the preview environment, because the user is not on the project.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to add an App User to the project (from what I can tell).
Not sure of a fix, maybe see if it's an
@users.noreply.github.com email or has [bot] in the username and allow the preview to go through.
